Our Journey
High Tech Constructions was established in the early 1980s by the founder G. Raghu, a qualified Civil Engineer who earlier worked as a Senior Engineer in Rustomji Developers and Devatha Brothers. His valuable experience with honesty, integrity and quality consciousness as the key business principles made High Tech Constructions one of the most prominent Consulting Engineers & Builders in Bangalore. Still today, the same values are followed by our skilled and experienced professionals in executing a broad spectrum of projects, including residential Bungalows, Commercial Buildings, Apartments, and Interior works.

Our Story
Established in early 1980s, High Tech Constructions has evolved into one of the most prominent Consulting Engineers & Builders in Bangalore. Founded by G. Raghu, a qualified Civil Engineer, who earlier worked as a Senior Engineer in Rustomji Developers and Devatha Brothers. He carried forward that valuable experience with honesty, integrity and quality consciousness as his key business principles. The same values are imbibed by our trained and experienced staff in executing a wide spectrum of projects that include Residential bungalows, Commercial buildings, Apartments and Interior works. We are based out of bangalore.
Our values
We are the leading operator on the Norwegian continental shelf and have substantial international activities. We are engaged in exploration, development and production of oil and gas, as well as wind and solar power. We sell crude oil and are a major supplier of natural gas, with activities in processing, refining, and trading. Our activities are managed through eight business areas, staffs and support divisions, and we have operations in North and South America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceania, and Norway.

Self Developed
We have developed residential apartments ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, with 6-12 units of 2-3 BHK flats in locations such as Sanjay Nagar, R.M.V. II stage, H.B.R. Layout, Amruthalli, N.R. Colony etc. Our aim is to provide all planned facilities in the stipulated budget and time frame.
Contracts
We are in to general contracting from past 20 years doing major residential bungalows, homes, apartments and commercial complexes. We specialise in cost-effective constructions, by using clay blocks, stones and other material and also in residential bungalows with high-end finishes.
We have associated with well-known architects in Bangalore such as – Jaisim Fountainhead, Sandeep Khosla Associates, Vinnu Ponnappa Architects Pvt. Ltd., Alur Associates, M &S Architects, Opus Architects, Nadig Associates, Radha Architects, Mathew & Ghosh Architects, Keerthi Consultants, Prathima Architects, Sublime Architects and Vijay Kumar Architects.

Interiors We have also executed few interior projects for Vayu Restaurant at Eva Mall, Oriza Spa at Lavelle Road, Brigade Villas at Devanahalli etc.
